Our Heritage Bourbon is made with organic corn grown in Woodland, California and a heritage rye varietal grown on co-founder Earl’s family ranch in the Mattole Valley of northern California. The mash bill is rounded out with California grown malted barley. This cask strength release clocks in at 115.8 proof and was aged for 5.75 years in a 200 liter char-3 American Oak cask from McGinnis Cooperage. The almost 6 years of aging really make their mark on this bourbon, mellowing the cask strength heat to allow the rich corn and rye spice to shine through.
